The problem we saw

Every company has a version of the same story. HR sends an offer, the candidate signs, and then the clock starts ticking. HR is busy coordinating benefits, equipment, and a welcome email. IT has no idea anyone is starting until a Slack message the day before.

The result is a new hire who shows up on day one without a laptop, without email access, and without any of the software they need to do their job. First impressions that take weeks to recover from.

What we built

Provisio is a single platform that connects the HR side of onboarding to the IT side. HR builds a new hire profile, works through their checklist, and when they are ready, hands off to IT with one click. IT gets everything they need to provision the hire completely — before the start date, not after.

No spreadsheets. No email threads. No one asking "did IT get the memo?"
